 | 佐久間馨 父親とコミュニケーションを取ることを目的にゴルフを始める。 初ラウンドは、121(59/62)その時、パープレイは簡単にできるはずと感じた。そして121と72のギャップを考えた。 そして気付いた！！ ドライバーショットの目的は、セカンドショットでグリーンが狙えるところに運ぶこと。必ずしも飛ばす必要はないから力は大していらない。 セカンドショットはグリーンに乗せるか、グリーンの近くまで打てば良い。 ボギーを打ったらその分だけバーディーを取る。ボギーは仕方ないがダブルボギーやトリプルボギー以上などが出たらパープレイどころか30台も難しい。だからOBは絶対に打ってはいけない。3パットは禁物。本当のナイスショットとは良い当たりでもきれいな弾道でもない。ボールがどこに止まったかという結果がすべてである。 ドライバーをあそこに打つ、失敗してもあの辺なら良い。など打つ前に明確な意図が必要だ。そしてその意図を実現する為にはボールに対してクラブヘッドをどのようにぶつければよいのか？これは単純な衝突という物理現象だ。 野球やテニスなどと比べたら実はものすごくやさしいことではないかと。 そして2回目のラウンド、1年間ほとんど練習場に行くこともなかったが、きっとうまくいくはず、そんな気持ちでスタート。8番ホールを終わって2バーディー2ボギーのイーブンで9番ホールのパーパット。これを入れるとパープレイと思った瞬間、突然カップが小さくなってその１mをはずした。そのときの自分の変化に凄く興味をもち、その後NLPを学ぶことでハーフ37．確信を得た後半は1バーディー1ボギーでトータル73。 大学卒業後は機械のエンジニアとして約20年間サラリーマン生活を送る。 その間、数々の競技に出場。 43才で独立、ゴルフ科学研究所を設立。レッスン活動をしながらメンタル ... 2011年10月21日再生回数 2080 |
