 | 舘田一博・東邦大学准教授 賀来満夫・東北大学教授 2010.9.24 研究会「多剤耐性菌と院内感染対策」 Kazuhiro Tateda, MD, Ph.D., Toho University and Mitsuo Kaku, MD, Ph.D., Tohoku University 日本感染症学会で多剤耐性菌と院内感染対策に取り組む舘田一博・東邦大学准教授と賀来満夫・東北大学教授（発言順）が話し、質問に答えた。 会見で使用した資料①舘田一博教授www.jnpc.or.jp ②賀来満夫教授www.jnpc.or.jp 日本感染症学会のホームページwww.kansensho.or.jp まず、多剤耐性菌について舘田一博准教授が緑膿菌、NDM‐1、アシネトバクター、MRSAなどのメカニズムや特徴を語った。こうした細菌は身の回りに存在することがある、という。院内感染は起こりうると考えて対処するよう求めた。NDM-1の場合、違う菌に遺伝子が移るため、チフス菌、赤痢菌、コレラ菌など強毒性の細菌に広がる可能性を指摘した。 賀来満夫教授は院内感染をどう防ぐか、東北大での実践や欧米の対策を踏まえて説明した。耐性菌は保菌者でも発症しない場合があり、検査しなければ検出されない。知らない間に感染の拡大が起こることがあり、病院は感染対策チーム（ICT）を作りリアルタイムに対応する仕組みを作るよう訴えた。 メディアの報道のありかたや取材の力点についても語った。 司会 日本記者クラブ企画委員 宮田一雄（産経新聞） 2010年09月24日再生回数 5940 |
