	Marzocchi z1 sport  Taking out the coil. The left leg has the rebound damper and the right leg has a coil that is assisted with air. with the coil in the leg i put about 10-15psi of air for my weight and without the coil i put in about 50-60psi.. even though there is no performance gain if you take it out, you wont worry about having some weight in the front end.. HOWEVER this makes the fork very linear in its travel which makes you bottom easily. it is because this fork only acts as having only positive air when the coil is taken out.. if the fork were to have a negative air chamber then the travel would be more progressive and have a smoother beginning stroke compression for the small stuff WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY!! b/ci edited that way.. 2009年07月22日再生回数 20392

	Downhill Mountainbike Maintenance REAR AND FRONT SUSPENSION Marzocchi 888 VF2 and Fox DHX 5.0  A SpecialPoison video, taking out both suspension parts. The front suspension Marzocchi Bomber 888 VF2 and the rear suspension Fox DHX 5.0 These parts are mounted to my Poison Epo Downhill mountainbike. these shocks that i took out were both used very rough so i decided to let the parts send to a service center from marzocchi and fox. the fox damper had a leak so it had to be fixed and the front shock had to be serviced too. this video is NOT a how to video but if you are planning to take your shocks out both, video shows a little bit what to do and what to expect and what parts will come outta your bike when ur buzy stripping the bike. Also if you take out both shocks it will take about half an hour. maybe less but i DIDN'T have a bike stand which holds the bike so you can work on it. but i like to do stuff the old school way :P hope you enjoy and may learn a bit from the maintenance service video and ride safe.
