 | Prometheus and Pandora shepherd Saturn's F ring into shape The visible light images of Saturn's F ring in this sequence were acquired using Cassini's narrow angle camera on April 13, 2005 from a distance of approximately 1.2 million kilometres (700000 miles) from Saturn. However in Saturn's case they sweep dust particles to the magnetic equator. Radial features of the rings are likewise caused by the conical shape of the magnetic field.
