 | 高級食材 「タラの芽」| luxuryfood AraliaSprout 高級食材をタダでこんなにもらったぜ!! スギちゃんのようにワイルドに編集してみたぜ～ｗｗ 採る時棘があって痛かったぜ～ｗｗ 私、MEGWIN LOVE BOY14が食べてみたぜｗｗ（鶏のとさかは気にしねぇでくれｗｗ） 「タラの芽」とは、タラノキという木から採れ別名「山菜の王」とも呼ばれる。 天ぷらにするのが一般的で、口いっぱいにひろがる独特の芳香が特徴的である。 単にゆがいておひたしや和え物にしたり、油で炒めて食べてもよい。 高さは2-4m程度、あまり枝分かれせずにまっすぐに立ち、葉は先端だけに集中する。 樹皮には幹から垂直に伸びる棘が多くある。 葉は奇数二回羽状複葉で、全長が50-100cmにも達する大きなものである。 全体に草質でつやはない。 葉柄は長さ15-30cmで基部がふくらむ。 小葉は卵形～楕円形で長さ5-12cmで裏は白を帯びる。 は全体に毛が多いが、次第に少なくなり、柄と脈状に粗い毛が残る。 夏に小さな白い花を複総状につける花序を一つの枝先に複数つける。 秋には黒い実がなる。 分類上は幹に棘が少なく、葉裏に毛が多くて白くないものをメダラ var. cansecens (Fr. et Sav.) Nakai といい、むしろこちらの方が普通とのことである。 現実的には両者混同されていると見るのが妥当であろう。 日本各地、東アジアに分布する。 林道脇など日当たりの良い山林に生える。 所謂パイオニア的な樹木であり、森林が攪乱をうけると、たとえば伐採跡地に素早く出現し、生育環境にもよるが1年で20～60cmほど伸び、5年で3mに達するものも珍しくは無い。 樹皮は民間薬として健胃、強壮、強精作用があり、糖尿病にもよいといわれる。 また、芽をたべることで同じような効果が期待できると言われている。 根皮も「タラ根皮」（ーこんぴ）という生薬で、糖尿病の症状に対して用いられる。 しかし ... 2012年05月06日再生回数 266 |
