	111009_02崩袈裟・大蛇固からの腕挫十字固（木口川崎・梶師範による説明）  「崩袈裟固」→「大蛇固」→「腕挫十字固」という技の流れです。 主な手順としては、①相手の右サイドで崩袈裟固、②相手の右腕を自分の左脇にしっかりと挟み込みながら、左脚で相手の顔を越える、③相手の右手首を相手の左脇下から通している右手でつかむ、④左腕を相手の頭の下から通して、相手の右手首を左手に渡してつかみ、ブラジリアン柔術でいうところの「ジボイヤ（大蛇＝ニシキ蛇）絞め」の形にして固める、⑤右肘と右膝で相手の脇腹にプレッシャーを与えながら、右手で相手の左腕を制しつつ、相手の左サイドに回る、⑥相手の左腕に腕挫十字固を極める（この時、相手の左腕を自分の左脇に抱え込んでおくと、より効果的）、といった感じになります。 この技は、④の段階で肩固風に極めたり、⑤の段階で左サイドに回らず、マウントを取って、そのまま相手の左腕を抱え十字で極めたり、相手の右腕にサンボ式腕挫十字固を極めたりなど、かなり堅実に極められるヴァリエーションがいくつもあります。 2011年10月09日再生回数 400
