福島県南相馬市小高区南小高地区に伝わるお神楽です。毎年元旦に家々をまわって悪魔を祓い、御札（天照皇大神宮）を授与します。また、小正月の氏神様（貴船神社）のお祭では御神輿とともに神社からお下がりし、町の悪魔を祓います。 神楽の分類としては里神楽の伊勢太神楽の獅子舞に系統づけられます。 旧相馬藩領では藩主が雷神社を各郷ごとに祭り、春の豊作祈願と秋のお礼参りとして神楽を奉納することを奨励したため、きわめて伝承されている神楽が多いです。小高区（人口13000人超）だけでも20以上あり、それぞれ若干の舞や歌の違いがあります。

1/3から聴いてください。川西蘭の小説 「空で逢うとき」 にも登場する「アンカバー」とは何か？がよくわかる録音。アンカバー(オフバンド)は60年代から80年代まで盛んだったアマチュア無線帯周辺を使った不法行為。その多くは正式に免許を受けた無線従事者たちであった。録音日：１９８２年 周波数：7.110MHz付近 受信機：不明■エリア日本を９つの地域として分類したコードのこと。ゼロは信越方面、ナインは、北陸方面、ワンは関東など。コールサインを与える上で決定された正式なものである。 彼らが、このコードを使う感覚を持ち合わせている以上、合法アマチュア局としての活動も行っていることが考えられる。また声を潰して変えているなら、なおさらである。 ■リポート（シグナルリポート） どのくらいの強さで届いているかを教える行為で、無線機についているメーターで数値を読む。セブンは中程度、ナインはかなり強い。プラス２０ｄｂは大変強い。 ▼各局は以下のようなコールサインで出没していた。 JA10ウルトラマン(男性) JA10コスモス(女性) JA久美子(男性) ７エリアのセブンボーイ(男性) オカマのまこちゃん(男性) コカコーラ(男性) JALパック(男性) ハム(男性) ブラックエンジェル(男性) ポパイ(男性) アラレちゃん(女性) コージくん(男性)...そのほか非常に多数▼流行語「こまったもんや」「いやはや、こまったもんや」「了解ました」「了解ポコペンワンツーいろは」「○○ですーよ」「リポートくれい」などなど数多くあった。 このアンカバー(オフバンド)は、1970年代80年代の「違法CB」や「違法パーソナル無線」などとは、まったく異なるので要注意。
