	馬灣賞春花2011  每一年的立春日大約是在西曆的2月4日或5日, 立春日為24個節氣之首, 也是新一年的正式開始, 而不是西曆的1月1日, 也不是農曆的年初一. 立春代表揭開了春天的序幕, 草木開始蘊釀萌芽, 農民也開始忙著播種. 立春之後是雨水, 原意是指冰雪溶化成水, 而香港的雨水時節, 正是春雨綿綿的季候, 也是萬物欣欣向榮, 草木萌生的時機. 雨水之後便到驚蟄, 驚蟄節大約在每年的3月5日或6日. 「蟄」是冬眠之意, 驚蟄是指天氣回暖、春雷初響, 驚醒蟄伏於地下冬眠的昆蟲, 過冬的蟲卵在此時也要開始卵化, 但真正使冬眠動物甦醒而出的, 其實並非隆隆的雷聲, 而是春回大地, 天氣驟暖迫使它們結束冬眠, 以致驚走而出! 驚蟄其實代表已進入仲春, 驚蟄一至, 氣溫回昇, 雨水增多. 在驚蟄日聽到雷聲, 代表這一年將會風調雨順, 收成很好; 如果沒有雷聲, 就表示可能會是個饑饉之年. 如果驚蟄日前聽到雷聲, 則可能會出現雨水連綿的異常天氣, 而且容易發生災害. 傳統上驚蟄會有「祭白虎」的儀式, 因為驚蟄是萬物醒來的日子, 冬眠的動物在春雷中驚醒, 農民為恐防泥土中的蛇蟲鼠蟻會鑽出來破壞農作物, 於是便想出祭祀白虎, 以白虎之兇猛去鎮壓害蟲; 後來社會轉型, 人們不再務農, 但仍保留祭祀白虎的習慣, 目的是透過白虎來鎮壓小人, 這就是「打小人」的由來. 植物的開花和結果其實並不是為了給人類觀賞, 而是為了其單一目的-- 存宗接代. 花粉之傳播可利用風媒、水媒, 但最主要的仍是要靠昆蟲. 園主早前觀看一個電視節目, 提到日本有些果園由於長期已沒有蜜蜂出現, 故果農被迫使用人工授粉, 令生產成本大大增加. 蜜蜂雖被界定為益蟲, 唯在大自然裡面, 昆蟲被簡單分為益蟲或害蟲也只是人為, 其實不論昆蟲、動物和植物都是自然界食物鍊中的一份子, 大家在扮演著不同角色而已. 現今做園藝管理的, 會在驚蟄前後做好蟲害防治, 目的是減少全年的害蟲 ... 2011年09月27日再生回数 306
