	蘋果日報- 2011-01-11 - 是日放題1：水銀阿一藍鰭吞拿害孕婦生低 B  是日放題1： 水銀阿一藍鰭吞拿害孕婦生低B 有否想過自己為了數秒鐘的口腹之慾，而變成令人家種族滅絕的殺人兇手？我說的「殺人」，並不是真正殺人，而是捕殺瀕臨絕種的藍鰭吞拿魚！過度捕撈已令藍鰭吞拿魚逐漸步恐龍後塵，況且藍鰭吞拿魚既高脂又含水銀，吃了除易肥外，分分鐘更會中水銀毒！ 記者：陳珮娟攝影：陳珮娟、世界自然基金會40年數量減九成根據世界自然基金會香港分會的環境保護主任（海洋）杜偉倫博士解釋，藍鰭吞拿魚可分為3個不同品種：南方藍鰭吞拿魚（出沒於南半球海域）、北方藍鰭吞拿魚（大西洋與地中海）及太平洋藍鰭吞拿魚（印度太平洋），前兩者的成熟期長達8-14年，後者也要3-5年。由於牠們的生活特徵都是以群聚方式來進行繁殖及餵飼幼魚，於是大大提高集體墮網機會。據資料顯示，自1970年起，北方及南方藍鰭吞拿魚的數量分別已減少了九成及八成半，情況相當嚴重！故此這兩種吞拿魚已被列入世界自然保護聯盟（ IUCN）紅色名錄，即「極度瀕危」物種內。「魚的數量不能像樹木般逐棵逐棵計，只能從捕獲量去估計其數目，以2007年為例，科學家建議削減大西洋藍鰭吞拿魚的捕捉量配額至15000噸（ 15000噸可保持現有數目、 10000噸的話更佳），但國際保育大西洋吞拿魚委員會（ ICCAT， International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas）卻將捕捉額定在29500噸，最後埋單，當年的捕捉額竟達60000噸，遠遠超出限額，可見濫捕的情況非常嚴重！」 其他瀕危海鮮除了藍鰭吞拿魚面臨絕種外，以下的海鮮，我們也應避免進食。 鯊魚（全球） 九肚魚（南中國海） 牙帶（南中國海） 牛鰍（南中國海） 牛鯭（南中國海） 老鼠斑（東南亞） 西星斑（東南亞） 杉斑（東南亞） 東星斑（東南亞） 金獅魚（全球） 紅斑（中國，養殖） 紅蟹（南中國海） 海蝦（南中國海） 馬蹄蟹（南中國海） 雪花 ... 2011年01月11日再生回数 1400
