kmc.to www.geocities.jp 企業年金の仕組み■今までの企業年金の主役長い間企業年金の主役を務めてきたのが、税制適格退職年金と厚生年金基金の2つの制度になります。そのうち、税制適格退職年金は、平成24年3月末での廃止が決まっており、また、厚生年金基金も解散数が相当に増え、現存している基金でも中小企業が加入する総合型と呼ばれる基金は、厳しい財政事情を抱えているところが多く、日本の企業年金は、転換期に差し掛かっているといえます。 ■新しい企業年金税制適格退職年金と厚生年金基金に取って代わるものが、確定拠出型年金（DC）と確定給付企業年金（DB）の2制度になります。それぞれの、特色を見ていきましょう。 ■確定拠出型年金（DC） 確定拠出型年金（DC）は、企業型・個人型と呼ばれる各制度がありますが、今日はそのうちの企業型につきご説明します。 企業型の制度は、会社が出す掛金を加入者となる従業員の皆様が自己責任の下運用をしていきます。そして、60歳以降に運用成果に応じた金額を受け取る仕組みになっています。つまり、将来の受給額は変動します。その他にも、加入者が高度の障害状態になった場合や、死亡の場合に給付金が受け取れます。 メリットとしては、掛金の拠出、運用、給付の3段階において税制優遇が受けられること、 ポータビリティ、つまり年金資産の持ち運びができるので、転職しても不利にならないことが挙げられます。また、会社側にとっては運用リスクは加入者が負いますので、運用状況が良くなくても、追加で掛金の補てんを行う義務はありません。 留意点としては、60歳まで確定拠出年金のお金を引き出せないことと、企業側は加入者に対して、投資教育の責任を負うことが挙げられます。60歳まで引き出せないことは、逆の見方をすれば、老後資金を確実に ...

The speech was given in front of a joint session of Congress, presided over by Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Dick Cheney in his capacity as President of the Senate. It was the first address to a Democratic-controlled Congress since 1994. Furthermore, the speech marked the second time that a Democrat sat behind President Bush during a joint session of Congress and the first time at a State of the Union address. Traditionally, the Speaker of the House and the Vice President (the President of the Senate) are the only individuals on the rostrum with the President. However, in a joint session of Congress on September 20, 2001, following the September 11 attacks nine days earlier, president pro tempore Robert Byrd, a Democrat, took the place of Vice President Cheney, who was at an undisclosed location. As the first female Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi is also the first woman in American history to stand on the podium during a State of the Union address. thefilmarchive.org The 1995 State of the Union address was given by President Bill Clinton to a joint session of the 104th United States Congress on January 24, 1995. This was the first speech delivered to a Republican-controlled Congress since 1954. This was also the first time a Republican Speaker sat in the chair since 1954. The Speaker was Newt Gingrich of Georgia. The president discussed his proposals of a New Covenant vision for a smaller government and proposing tax reductions. The president also discussed crime, the Brady Bill and the Assault Weapons Ban, illegal immigration, and the minimum wage. Regarding foreign policy, he urged assistance in Mexico's economic crisis, additional disarmament in cooperation with Russia and other international treaties, stopping North Korea's nuclear weapons program, legislation to fight terrorists, and peace between Israel and its neighbors. Discussion of the failed attempt to overhaul health care was refocused on more limited efforts to protect coverage for those who have health insurance and expand coverage for children. The speech lasted nearly 1 hour and 25 minutes and consisted of 9190 words. In terms of word count it is the longest State of the Union speech in history.
