www.jozen.co.jp 新潟県湯沢町の酒蔵白瀧酒造です。 俗に言う「秋上がり」「ひやおろし」です、冬に搾られたお酒は、蔵の低温タンクで熟成管理され、この時期に適熟を迎えます。 「秋上がり」とは貯蔵することで一夏を越して秋になる頃にその酒質が向上していること意味する表現の一つです。 「秋上がり」は新酒のあらさがすっかり消えて、丸みが出て程よく熟成した飲み頃の酒とされており、 この時期に「秋上がり」の酒を出荷することを「冷おろし」と呼んでいます。 この「実りの上善如水」も上善如水らしい飲み易さと、程よい熟成具合を味わっていただける一本新酒のフレッシュさは無いものの、熟成されて、味わい旨みの増したお酒は「実りの秋」を思わせる豊潤な味わいのお酒食べ物の美味しくなるこの時期にぜひおすすめしたい一本です！
