 | -ニューロロジカルレベル- NLP無料動画学習サイト（シナジープラス） ▼シナジープラス▼ www.synergyplus.co.jp ▼NLP無料動画学習サイト▼ nlp-free.jp ニューロロジカルレベルとは、G・ベイトソン氏の考えを発展させ、ロバート・ディルツ氏によって体系化された階層論理モデルです。 人間の「意識（外界をどのように知覚し、情報処理するのか）」を６つのレベルに分けて体系化したものです。全てが相互に結びつき、影響しあいます。 高いレベルの変化は、低いレベルにも影響し、変化を及ぼします。また、高いレベルほど抽象的で、潜在意識的であり、低いレベルほど具体的で、顕在意識的です。問題として表面化していることの多くは、環境、行動、能力といった、低いレベルにあります。問題を解決する際は、そうした低いレベルを変化させるのではなく、それよりも高いレベルを変化させる必要があります。 潜在意識的（深層的な）レベルから順に、 ①スピリチュアル ②アイデンティティ ③信念と価値 ④能力 ⑤行動 ⑥環境スピリチュアル以下5段階は、英語における疑問詞と連動しています。 ①スピリチュアル（Being） 世界の中でのBeing（在り方）を意識するレベル。 「個」の意識を超えた、家族、集団、社会、自然や宇宙全体のシステムの中での自分を意識します。 ②アイデンティティ（自己認識）(Who) 自分は何者(Who)であるか、自分のミッションを意識するレベル。 私は誰か？ 何のために生まれてきたか？ ②信念と価値(Why) なぜ(Why)行うのか？私たちが行うことに意味を与える意識レベル何が大切か。何を信じているか。 ③能力(How) 精神・思考（戦略）・肉体的スキル（リソース）の活用（HOW どのように）を意識するレベルどのように行うか。行動の中に見出します。 ④行動(What) 何を(What)するか？を意識するレベル すること。振る舞い。NLPでは思考も含みます。 ⑤ ... 2011年02月13日再生回数 1139 |
