 | 抗うつ剤SSRI の死角 副作用に攻撃性・衝動性も 抗うつ剤（SSRI・SNRI・NaSSA）は、時として攻撃性や衝動性を誘発する副作用が出る可能性がある。2009年4月、厚生労働省は製薬会社に注意書きとして掲載することを義務付ける通達を出した。その後の通達で、他の抗うつ剤も同様の副作用があると警告されている。 1999年、全日空61便ハイジャック犯は、機長を殺害したが、精神鑑定の結果無期懲役に減刑された。抗うつ剤大量服用による心神耗弱が無期懲役への減刑理由となった。 1999年アメリカの「コロンバイン高校銃乱射事件」の犯人のひとりもまた、犯行直前に、大量のルボックスを服用していた。製薬会社に対して遺族から告訴。薬との因果関係は立証されなかったものの、2002年にこの薬はアメリカ国内では販売中止になっている。 アメリカでは、すでに2004年の段階で、SSRIがその副作用として攻撃性を誘発するか可能性があることを注意書きに明記する命令が製薬会社に出された。 この映像では、パキシル投与後、言動が攻撃的になり、コンビニに包丁を持って強盗に押し入って現金20万円を奪取した事件、そして、配偶者を殴って10針の傷を負わせた事件が紹介されている。 ＜事例１：処方の誤り ＞ Aさん（20代女性札幌市）は、四年前、近所のメンタルクリニックでうつ病と診断され、SSRIが処方された。最初は一日２錠、改善が見られず６週間後から３錠に増えた。 するとこれまで経験したことのないイライラした感情が生まれ、それが爆発するようになった。Aさんは突然奇声をあげる、部屋の壁を蹴るなどの行動がエスカレートし、母親は恐怖を感じるようにすらなった。３ヶ月たっても症状は改善せず、主治医は薬を３錠から４錠にふやした。その２週間後、Aさんは包丁を持ってコンビニに押し入り、店員をおどして20万円を奪い逃走、強盗容疑で逮捕された。本人の ... 2011年08月23日再生回数 8551 |
