 | ●迷走国家戦略会議、一転してTPP議論。TPP推進会議と化す。 ●迷走国家戦略会議、一転してTPP議論。TPP推進会議と化す。 10月17日のニュース報道によれば、野田総理大臣らは、総理大臣官邸に創設する、「国家戦略会議」の準備会合で、当初扱わないとしていた、ＴＰＰや社会保障と税の一体改革について、一転して、国家戦略会議の議題とする方針を決めたと報道された。 民主党内での意見集約の見通しが全く立たず、党を二分している。 これに対して、野田総理は、民主党の政権公約でもあった、国家戦略局の設置法案を、来年の通常国会に先送り。 閣議決定だけで設置できる、総理の直属組織として、国家戦略会議なるものを設置。TPP推進の急先鋒である、経団連会長をメンバーに引き入れて、国家戦略イコール、TPP推進会議としたようだ。 しかし、姑息な手段を弄しても、国家戦略会議に、法的根拠がない状態に代わりはなく、ただ単にTPP推進論に重みをつけたいがための、目先にとらわれた、戦略なき国家戦略会議である。 そもそも経団連とは、日本商工会議所、経済同友会と並ぶ「経済三団体」の一つでしかなく、財界を必ずしも代表していない。 輸出に大きく依存している、大企業の集まりで、技術立国日本を、本当の意味で支えている、中小零細企業は事実上無視されている。 TPPで輸出が伸びれば、中小企業の仕事も増えるというのは幻想である。夢破れた原発安全神話に等しい、「TPPで安泰神話」である。 日本からの輸出が伸びそうになれば、更なる円高ドル安誘導で、輸出は押さえ込まれる。 なぜなら、アメリカのオバマ政権は、日本に対する輸出の倍増、極論すれば、一方的にアメリカだけが儲かって、財政再建を果たすことを目的としているからだ。 TPPは農業以外の産業についても、大きく規制緩和を求めており、中小零細企業は、今以上の競争にさらされ、その存続さえも ... 2011年10月18日再生回数 652 |
 | ●公民館はGHQの占領政策、今も続く日本の占領状態 ●公民館はGHQの占領政策、今も続く日本の占領状態1946年（昭和21年）、国内の一部地域にあった「公民館」が、GHQの占領政策に取り込まれ、法制化とともに全国津々浦々に展開された。 公式には、1946年より日本の民主化政策に伴って各地に公民館設置が行われ、1949年の社会教育法制定によって法的に位置づけられたことになっている。 しかし、それはとりもなおさず、GHQの指導下において行われたものである。 敗戦翌年に各地に設置された公民館で行われたのは、映写機を持ち込んでの巡回映画会である。 上映される映画は、もちろんハリウッド映画であり、豊かなアメリカ、豊かな資本主義社会が描かれており、欧米の民主主義、自由主義、個人主義、資本主義の浸透が図られた。 映画の合間には、国際ニュースが上映され、同様のプロパガンダが行われた。 これに対して、ソビエト共産党も、日本の共産化を目指したプロパガンダを展開した。 都市部で行われた「歌声喫茶」。社会党の地方議員が中心として活動した「労働者音楽愛好会・通称(労音)」。同様に共産党の地方議員が主導で展開された「民音」がそれである。 音楽活動を通して、若い労働者階層を集めた活動を展開することで、体制・行政の規制などとの対立を演出し、さりげなく左翼思想の新党をはかった。 現在では、公民館活動にGHQの占領政策を感じることもなく、歌声喫茶や労音などの組織も衰退した。 しかし、それは日本が占領体制から脱したわけでは決してない。 エネルギー自給率はわずか４％、原子力を準国産エネルギーとしても18％しかない。それ以外の海外に依存している一次エネルギー、とりわけ化石エネルギーのほとんどは、アメリカの石油メジャーに牛耳られている。 原子力すら、IAEAの名のもとに、実質的にはアメリカに押さえられている ... 2011年10月15日再生回数 560 |

Résistance cells were small groups of armed men and women (called the Maquis in rural areas), who, in addition to their guerrilla warfare activities, were also publishers of underground newspapers, providers of first-hand intelligence information, and maintainers of escape networks that helped Allied soldiers and airmen trapped behind enemy lines. The men and women of the Résistance came from all economic levels and political leanings of the French society, including émigrés; from conservative Roman Catholics (including priests), from the Jewish community, and from the ranks of liberals, anarchists, and communists.
