(microwave direction) 【材料】 （1人分） 豆乳（成分無調整）‥‥100cc にがり‥‥2～3cc 【Ingredients（1 serving）】 100cc tonyu (plain soymilk) 2～3cc nigari (bittern, magnesium chloride) 【作り方】 1．豆乳を耐熱容器に入れる。 2．にがりを加える。 3．泡立てないようによく混ぜる。スが入るのを防ぐためです。 4．ラップをゆったりかけて、空気の逃げ道を作っておく。 5．電子レンジ600Wで1分強～1分30秒加熱する。熱いので、取り出すときにはやけどしないように気をつけてください。 6．ラップをしたまま5分ほど蒸らす。舌触りがとろとろのやわらか絹豆腐の完成です。 7．お好みの薬味をのせてお召し上がりください。 【How to cook】 1．Pour soymilk into a heat-resistant container. 2．Add nigari. 3．Do't whip and stair gently. so that air bubbles can't get in to the mixture. 4．Cover container with a plastic wrap, loosen wrap to let steam escape. 5．Heat for 60～90 seconds in the microwave at 600W.
