	孔子三分鐘（19）子曰：工欲善其事，必先利其器。  【原文】 子貢問為仁。子曰：「工欲善其事，必先利其器(1)。居是(2)邦也，事(3)其大夫之賢者，友其士之仁者。」 (《論語·衛靈公第十五》) 【註釋】 (1)工欲善其事，必先利其器：工匠想要把工作做好，一定要先使工具精良。 (2)是：這。 (3)事：侍奉。 【釋義】：要做好工作，先要使工具鋒利。比喻要做好一件事，準備工作非常重要。 【語譯】 子貢問怎樣實行仁德。孔子說：「工匠想要把工作做好，一定要先使工具精良。住在這個國家，就侍奉好該國那些賢能的大夫，和該國那些有仁心的士交朋友。」 【研析】 想具備仁德就好比工匠要製作出好的工藝品，得先磨利器具。那麼想實行仁德，如果能針對自己生命的特點、有利的條件等，為自己創造有利於實現仁德的環境，方方面面用心配合、安排妥當，擺正和人事物的關係，修養心性的路就能走正，目標自然能水到渠成。在這個過程中圍繞著目標所做的一切，其實都是必要的，也都是修養心性的一環，是不能偏廢或遺漏的，所謂「磨刀不誤砍柴功」，心性真正昇華上來了是不是意味著做好了與心性相關的那一切呢？ 那麼就子貢的特點和條件，應該怎樣去具體實行仁德呢？善於經商、有口才、能言語、料事多中的子貢，生活中多的是和社會上層的士大夫交往，那就發揮長才和賢良的士大夫擺正關係，從中就能找到自己心性的不足，要求自己做好，就得去掉這些不足，在這樣的環境中，這樣要求自己，這樣做好，自己的心性就能提高，最終達成目標。如果都不去用心思考，不考慮自身的情況，也沒有適當的環境等條件，那就好比工匠沒有利器，要修養好心性也就難了。 【延伸思考】 1、每個人的特點不同，秉性不同，人生的路也大不相同，如果能有自知之明，走正自己的人生道路，發揮自己的特長，加上專心致志，必能從中修養好心性，那才真正是「活到老，學到老」，體驗到成長的喜悅。 說說看：自己對 ... 2012年03月15日再生回数 78

The Soviet Union had wanted these trials to take place in Berlin. However, Nuremberg was chosen as the site for the trials for specific reasons: The city had been the location of the Nazi Party's Nuremberg rallies and the laws stripping Jews of their citizenship were passed there.
