	【高速鉄道事故】追突事故の主因 当局が報道制限  【新唐人2011年7月31日付ニュース】中国の高速鉄道は、日本、ドイツ、フランスなどの技術を発展させたものですが、運行管理などは中国独自のものです。特に事故発生以来、中国の高速鉄道の安全管理が高い関心を呼んでいます。速度世界一の栄誉にこだわった結果、安全基準がおろそかになったのではないか。そんな疑問の声が絶えない中、当局はすでに報道制限を始めています。 ロイター通信によると、事故発生の翌日、中国当局は国内メディアに対し、事故に関するマイナス報道を自粛するよう要求。事故原因の調査も禁じました。そのうえ鉄道省は、事故の原因は落雷による故障だと発言して人々の反発を呼びました。 追突された一番後ろの車両に乗っていて亡くなった乗客の兄は、政府に公正な処理を求めています。 犠牲者の兄 金さん：「まず事故の全体的状況、具体的状況も分かっていません。なぜこんな大事故が起こったのか。第二に賠償問題も未解決です。昨日見たテレビによると一人たった17万元（約200万円）、そんなのありえません」 ある北京の専門家は、事故の背景には、鉄道省の運行管理が混乱を極めたことにあると指摘。世界最速にこだわった結果で、落雷が事故の原因にはならないと断言します。 北京の専門家 彭定鼎さん：「情報技術がこれほど発展しています。もし線路で列車が故障したら、他の列車はその情報を受け取って停車すべきです。落雷でエンジンが損壊し、こんな事故が起きたとでも？高速鉄道運用開始時に対応策がなかったのでしょうか」 北京交通大学の李紅昌（り こうしょう）副教授は、前方車両が停止したことが、なぜ管制室や後方の車両に伝わらなかったのかと首をかしげます。 北京交通大学 李紅昌副教授：「理解できません。停止したことを知らせるべきでした。なぜできなかったの ... 2011年08月01日再生回数 370
	651系北千住駅を通過「相変わらず下手な撮り方・・・」  既に置換えが決まっている民営化後JR東日本が初めて車両設計・開発をした、「651系スーパーひたち」の北千住駅・上り通過シーンです。 他のユーチューブ某うｐ主様の言っている通り、651系の通過走行音は、常磐緩行・東京メトロ千代田線直通用203系に瓜二つでした（＾＾）。 座席指定の取り放題で登場初期だった頃にでていた三連休パスを使って色々と鉄道の旅は小学生の頃から行っていましたけれど、651系が203系みたいな走行音を出しながら走っているなんて事には気にもしていませんでした；。 でも今回は撮影側に回っていましたので、駅で現行の651系の通過を目の当たりにして色々と車両の良さや、特徴を発見する事が出来ました。 撮影者側に回るのもアリだと思いました。 動画撮影者の気持ちが駅ホームで撮影をしてみてわかりました（＾＾）/。 来月からデイタイム時間帯に、夏の電力需要逼迫の関係で節電の為に、JR東日本で列車の運行本数を10%～15％削減するという発表ニュースを、どこかの番組で見ました。 特急電車に影響は出るのだろうか・・・。 今後の動向を見守るしかないですね・・・。 ＊＊「電気事業法第27条」電力需要逼迫による、電力使用制限令等の措置は「09月02（金）」にて解除との事＊＊。 追記：JR東日本の節電ダイヤ（「10：00～15：00」の間10％～15％程度普通列車の運転本数削減）等の措置は今のところ「09月22日（木）」まで継続の予定らしい。 2011年06月10日再生回数 244
	角（つの）島大橋を走る  角島大橋は1993年（平成5年）9月6日に着工し、2000年（平成12年）11月3日に開通した。総工費149億円。山口県道276号角島神田線の一部。かつて、角島へは渡船による交通が主であったが、完成により陸路でつながった。当初は豊北町道として建設されていた（過疎代行道路整備事業として山口県が発注）こともあり、道路構造令の第三種第四級で設計が行われた。このため、最高速度は40km/hに制限されており、強風時には一般車両が通行止めになる。 2011年07月28日再生回数 136

It is usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a long series of preliminary instructions and suggestions. Hypnotic suggestions may be delivered by a hypnotist in the presence of the subject, or may be self-administered ("self-suggestion" or "autosuggestion"). The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy", while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as "stage hypnosis". The words hypnosis and hypnotism both derive from the term neuro-hypnotism (nervous sleep) coined by the Scottish surgeon James Braid around 1841. Braid based his practice on that developed by Franz Mesmer and his followers ("Mesmerism" or "animal magnetism"), but differed in his theory as to how the procedure worked. Contrary to a popular misconception -- that hypnosis is a form of unconsciousness resembling sleep -- contemporary research suggests that hypnotic subjects are fully awake and are focusing attention, with a corresponding decrease in their peripheral awareness. Subjects also show an increased response to suggestions. The film begins immediately after the fall of Poland. Of the two major Western Allies of 1940, the United Kingdom is first to be mentioned. The role of the Royal Navy in blockading Germany is highlighted, in that it means that Germany must overcome British resistance in order to clear the way for its world conquest. Hitler's treachery towards the small neutral countries of Europe is exposed - to Denmark: "We have concluded a non-aggression pact with Denmark" - to Norway: "Germany never had any quarrel with the Northern States and has none today" - to the Netherlands: "The new Reich has always endeavored to maintain the traditional friendship with Holland" - and to Belgium: "The Reich has put forth no claim which may in any way be regarded as a threat to Belgium". These quotes are repeated after the conquest of each of these countries is shown. The first targets of the Nazis in 1940 were Denmark and Norway.
