 | 二重床工法【にじゅうゆかこうほう】 - HOME'S不動産用語集
二重床工法とは、マンションなどの遮音性を高めるために、床スラブの上に直接カーペットやフローリングを張るのではなく、間に緩衝材を入れて床板を二重にしたものです。 床スラブの上に直接フローリングを張る直床工法の場合、足音が階下に響いてしまいます。そのため、2階以上はフローリングではなく、カーペット張りにするのが一般的でした。しかし現在では、多くのマンションで二重床工法が採用されています。 二重床工法には、角材を均等に並べて床材を乗せる「根太床工法」、防振ゴム付きの支持ボルトで支える「置き床工法」、断熱材を敷いた上にモルタルなどを打って、床材を乗せる「浮床工法」などがあります。「浮床工法」が最も遮音性が高いといわれていますが、建築コストも高くなります。 ■ホームズくんメモ最近では遮音等級の高いフローリングも増えていますが、それだけでは子どもが走り回る音のような、重量床衝撃音にはあまり効果が期待できません。そのため、二重床方法の1つ「置き床工法」と組み合わせた方式が主流になっています。 日本最大級の不動産・住宅情報ポータルサイト『HOME'S』 homes.jp
