 | 共產黨貪腐未改豆腐渣停不了：滬昆高速再塌陷事故！附近村莊遭威脅！ (CCTV13/大江網)滬昆高速K940+750M處左幅挖方邊坡突然出現塌陷，形成一個直徑10米，深10米的大洞。記者從江西省高速集團獲悉，萍鄉市蘆溪縣銀河鎮紫溪村突發地質災害導致滬昆高速K940+200M處路面出現大面積沉陷，另一處邊坡突然出現一個直徑10米、深10米的大洞。目前，江西省高速管理部門正在對車輛進行分流，江西省交通廳已帶領相關專家趕赴現場正研究處置方案。據瞭解，萍鄉市蘆溪縣銀河鎮紫溪村突發地質災害導致江西省高速集團宜春管理中心所轄的滬昆高速K940+200M處路面出現大面積沉陷，整幅下沉長度100餘米，最大下沉量達60公分，且仍有擴張下沉的趨勢。接到險情後，宜春管理中心立即啟動突發事件應急處置預案，工作人員趕赴現場後擺放安全錐和限速警示牌，並向江西省交通廳、高速集團應急部門彙報，同時與高速路政、交警及沿線地方政府聯繫，取得相關單位和部門對突發事件處置的支持。對沉陷點實施24小時監測，固定觀測點座標，在裂縫處張貼紙條。記者在塌陷區現場，不時可聽見山體隆隆的響聲，站在滬昆高速上俯視，塌陷處不停掉落的碎石泥土依稀可見。警戒線外，幾名被疏散的村民焦急地觀望著地陷的情況，他們流著淚告訴記者，由於匆忙逃出來，所有的財物都被留在家裡，現在不能返回，心情十分著急。說完這些話，村民被正在執勤的鄉鎮幹部以不能靠近危險地帶為由驅趕開，無法與記者做進一步交流。據蘆溪縣委副書記姚虎介紹，災情發生後當地政府第一時間把塌陷處的群眾進行轉移，現在所有的老百姓都得到了逐步的安排，除了短時間的投親靠友，長時期來說當地政府正在安排過渡安置房。目前最要緊的就是對安置點的選址進行勘測，爭取在過年前讓災民住進新房。同時，受到影響的飲水問題，當地也正在組織施工隊加班搶通。採訪期間，記者曾多次要求前往附近的複勝煤礦瞭解開採情況，遭到了當地宣傳部門的多次 ... 2011年09月15日再生回数 189 |
