2007/11/20 16:25 生活中心／綜合報導一般人一天建議喝水量是8大杯、共2000c.c.的水，卻有一名妙齡女子誤信喝水可降血壓，連續3個月，每天喝相當於28大杯、7000c.c.的水，結果併發水中毒、陷入昏迷，送醫搶救後，人是清醒過來了，卻也永久失明。 為了身體好，多喝水準沒錯，但是一名26歲的女子喝水卻喝過頭，因為患有輕微的血壓偏高，誤信喝水能降血壓，最近3個月每天都狂喝7000c.c.，結果血壓沒降成，不但常跑廁所，最後還因為慢性水中毒，昏迷送醫。 台大家醫科主任姚建安表示：「如果說水中毒的話，一般來講，會造成我們血液當中電解質鈉離子、鉀離子，甚至有一些鎂離子、鈣離子都會偏低。」 女子送醫後，透過電腦斷層發現，她的腦室因為腦壓高被擠壓，血鈉值一路往下降，雖然醫生給予補充鹽份，提高血中鈉濃度，但是腦部枕葉出血，導致皮質性目盲，眼睛竟然看不見了。 姚建安表示：「我們腦中水分如果太多，會造成腦細胞水腫，破壞掉，會造成腦壓增高，腦壓增高就會壓迫到我們的視神經。」 醫師表示，這名女子是病態性喝水，每天喝水的量超過一般人的3倍，慢性水中毒的機會大大提高。提醒民眾，多喝水雖然對身體好，但一天最好不要喝超過3000c.c.，免得傷身。
