Preventing Illnesses and Diseases with Vitamin CPreventing Illnesses and Diseases with Vitamin C
www.youtube.com www.encognitive.com Vitamin C - The Most Essential Nutrient Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) is a vitamin only because it is a nutrient essential for life that is not manufactured in the body and must be obtained from outside sources. Every living thing on this planet except primates (Including man) and guinea pigs produce their own Vitamin C internally, do not require it in their diet, and do not suffer from a host of diseases and maladies caused by Vitamin C deficiencies. Vitamin C is manufactured internally from glucose by a four-step process, each requiring a specific enzyme. Humans have the first three enzymes but the fourth is damaged and non functional apparently from a genetic mutation that occurred in our distant ancestors. It seems that we really have a species wide genetic disease. Perhaps fixing this genetic defect should be a primary goal for the genetic engineers of this century. There is a fifth step in vitamin C cycle, the conversion of ascorbic acid into mineral ascorbates in the liver. The price of vitamin C deficiency is staggering. Mammals with the enzyme can live 8-10 times their maturity age. Mammals without it have a hard time living to 3-4 times their maturity age. Therefore, if humans had the gene to make their own vitamin C, the human life span could be more like 300 years. Humans have cardiovascular disease and arthritis while other mammals do not. Humans are also more susceptible to viruses and infections than animals with their own ...

Benefits Of Vitamin CBenefits Of Vitamin C
The human body does not produce Vitamin C, therefore we must obtain it from our diet, supplements and topical products. L-Ascorbic Acid is the natural form of Vitamin C and is, in fact, the only form that the body can use. Our skin is vulnerable to Vitamin C deficiency because it is utilized first for other bodily functions and very little is actually transported to the skin through the capillaries. A water soluble antioxidant, Vitamin C is also a co-factor for an enzyme crucial in the synthesis of collagen. As an antioxidant agent, Vitamin C scavenges and destroys reactive oxidizing agents and other free radicals. Because of this ability, it provides an important protection against damage induced by UV radiation. L-ascorbic acid can boost collagen synthesis by turning the collagen amino acid, proline, into a chemical messenger that tells fibroblasts to product more collagen. Vitamin C also improves skin elasticity, decreases wrinkles by stimulating collagen synthesis, reduces erythema, promotes wound healing and suppresses cutaneous pigmentation. So as you can see the benefits are plentiful... Including improved tone, clarity, smoother complexion and the anti-aging benefits of a fresh glow and lessened degree of fine lines and wrinkles.

SkinME - Minimize Scars & Wrinkles with DIY Vitamin C SerumSkinME - Minimize Scars & Wrinkles with DIY Vitamin C Serum
***LIKE & READ ME! SkinME episode every Tuesday! This week is how to make vitamin C serum that have many benefits and have scientific data that to reverse signs of aging. Vitamin C active form, L-ascorbic acid, is the only antioxidant that stimulates the synthesis of collagen to help minimize fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. Also, this serum can be use to lighten hyperpigmentation naturally. Chat on Twitter with me: ‪twitter.com Updates on Facebook: facebook.com Making your own will save money because many products on the market are extremely expensive because vitamin C is unstable and little amount of ascorbic acid. Stay away from products that in clear containers that destroy the effectiveness and the serum/lotion/cream that are tinted because you cannot tell if your skin care product was oxidized. However, vitamin C does not work on everyone but newer vitamin C derivatives still have anti-aging benefits. Always perform a batch test because vitamin C can be irritating to the skin. ***Apply the serum over the face and gently pat around the eyes but makes sure to do a patch test on the wrist to see you the serum stings/irritating. If so then use less vitamin C powder to mix weekly. Recipe to make a weekly vitamin C serum that is more stable and less expensive: -~$5 L-Ascorbic Acid Powder 1/4 tsp (Store in a cool and dry place. Do not store this in the bathroom cabinet because the moisture from taking showers can ruin the powder.) www.skinactives.com or purebulk.com -~$5 ...
