Introduction to the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Model  In order to value an overall company, perhaps the single most rigorous method, is to look at all of the cash flows - over the life of the company and discounting them back to a value for these cash flows today. One can either look at the cash flows to the overall company (and subtract the value of the debt on the balance sheet to arrive at a value for the equity of the company), or one can start by looking at the cash flows to equityholders. This method is rigorous in that it aims to capture a lot of information about the company, far into the future. 	DCF: Jeb Bush's Legacy - Justin Part 1 - Child Abuse - CPS  WARNING! GRAPHIC VIDEO OF CHILD ABUSE! Eleven year old boy burned with cigarettes by DCF foster parents, beaten unmercifully by other kids in the foster home, all because he would not break into a person's house and steal for the foster parents. Child is tortured by being stabbed with pencils and burnt with a lighter while handcuffed. DCF Case managers were notified, but ignored the child's pleas for help. Child had a black eye, numerous injuries, was completely emaciated with his rib cage showing, yet DCF does nothing to the foster parents. The Foster mother was taking pills, smoking dope and usually passed out while the child was being abused, all for three long years with no intervention by DCF. The Mother of the abused child lost her 3 daughters and son because her husband died and she was vunerable to the DCF and the "Safe Children Coalition", as she had no funds to fight back. The "Safe Children Coalition" said her home wasn't big enough, even though she had a 5 bedroom home available. No charges were ever brought against her, but they took her kids anyway. The "Safe Children Coalition" takes children from Christian families and puts them in unsafe locations so that they can continue to be funded by your tax dollars. 	DCF: Jeb Bush's Legacy - Greg Pound - Child Abuse  Greg and Melissa Pound have had their four children taken away by DCF for over two years because one child was bitten by a dog. Greg spent a month in the county jail for refusing to tell Judge Marion Fleming where is wife is living with their new baby (named Moses), as Judge Fleming and DCF want to take that child away too. Greg can only see one of his children for one hour a week, and they now have cavities and health problems. Greg's story was reported by the St Petersburg Times article: "Tampabay Missing mom may have feared losing son" - April 24th, 2006. The DCF Investigator that handled Greg's case Megan Gallagher, has been arrested for falsifying cases of child abuse to get money from DCF - December 10, 2004. Greg notes that the St. Pete Times reported that the Del La Cruz children were raped in foster homes run by DCF. Also, parents are required by State of Florida to teach sexual deviations to their children as part of their case plan. Many scandals are going on in DCF, but why are they lying about the parents to take away their children?
