The diagram view is an interactive venn diagram showing the number of nodes in each logical grouping. Clicking on any area in the diagram selects the corresponding nodes in the current Cytoscape network view. The diagram can be exported to an image file in PNG format. The details view shows the nodes in each logical grouping. The selection model of the details view synchronizes the selection for all of the list views (ie selecting a node in any one list will select it in all lists) and exports the selection to the current Cytoscape network view (selecting a node in the details view will select it in the current Cytoscape network view, but not vice versa). I only wanted to show that it's possible to do some basic video editing on Linux, not to impress anyone with my amazing skills. Linux has a wide variety of software available. Most of it is free, but Linux itself is more than just free. Linux = freedom. If you have any doubts, read the GPL and then compare it with the EULA for your existing OS. Software licensing is difficult to get your mind around at first, but if you want to live your life guilt-free, you may derive some benefit from being able to use or contribute to free software, rather than stealing, I mean file sharing, using warez, and running shareware beyond its expiration date while you save up money to buy that paid software you've always wanted.
