![]() | Walle-d: a multidisciplinary led radiated wallboard INFORMATION This particular wallboard aggregates all projects for a single customer. This multidisciplinary wallboard shows information for: maintainence, development, requirements, test, customer service and management. Team member pass it several times a day and it's remotely accessible for the customer. WALLBOARD BLINDNESS After walking past a wallboard more then 3 times, people begin to show forms of what we call "wallboard blindness". You are looking, but not seeing the information. To prevent this we have added led backlighting. Green is good, red is... bad. We make sure we don't overuse red. It is reserved for SLA critical events like 'system down' and ticket response times. DESCRIPTION The top row helps us meet the requirements in the SLA. Top left is for customer service, an alert is displayed for new tickets so that they are responded to promptly. Top right shows the deployment versions and server status for staging and production systems. The middle row helps us monitor our monthly release rhythm. Issue type partitioning across projects, open test issues, burndowns and a timeline. The bottom row includes a build monitor (with quality index!), daily events and... this might develop into a critical wallboard on its own, the coffee meter...
