JM Silk -- Shadows of Your Love HQ (Lollipop Mix)JM Silk -- Shadows of Your Love HQ (Lollipop Mix)
Here is a rare piece of Chicago house music history. JM Silk (Jack Master Silk) was a group formed by Steve "Silk: Hurley featuring vocalist Keith Nunnally. Yes, THAT Steve "Silk" Hurley who next recorded house music's first number one single "Jack Your Body" which became a groundbreaking international club hit and firmly cemented the world focus on Chicago house music. He was the first to branch out to encompass pop and hip-hop within the house framework. His single "Shadows of Your Love" was the first release on DJ International and set the Hurley sound blueprint: a cavalcade of stuttering beats balancing an insistent melodic quality which mirrored Nunnally's soulful vocals. Hurley spent more of the late '80s and early '90s working on production and remixing than actual recording; he provided club treatments for the likes of Michael Jackson, Madonna, Janet Jackson, CeCe Peniston, Inner City, New Order, Black Box and En Vogue. And to think... I remixed, edited and videotaped part of Steve and Keith's first music video in my Chicago apartment. How's that for Lollipop history! JM Barrie's Peter PanJM Barrie's Peter Pan
Sir JM Barrie is my favorite author EVER. I love everything he wrote, especially The Little White Bird, Dear Brutus, and Mary Rose. But I feel that many movies (especially the animated Disney film) have made a complete MESS out of Barrie's greatest work, that terrible masterpiece, Peter Pan. So, although what you see in this video comes from the 2003 film with Jeremy Sumpter as Peter and Rachel Hurd-Wood as Wendy, what you HEAR comes from the late great JM Barrie himself, excerpts from his prose novel Peter Pan (originally publised as Peter and Wendy in 1911). Peter Pan is the property of Great Ormond Street Hospital. No copyright infringement is intended, ever.

How To Perform The JM Press - Tricep ExerciseHow To Perform The JM Press - Tricep Exercise
www.BlastYourBench.com http The JM Press is a killer tricep power move that was invented by JM Blakely. It's a hybrid move of a close grip bench press and a lying tricep extension. It's a great heavy tricep exercise. Start the exercise the same way you would a close grip bench press. You will lie on a flat bench while holding a barbell at arms length (fully extended) with the elbows in. However, instead of having the arms perpendicular to the torso, make sure the bar is set in a direct line above the upper chest. This will be your starting position. Now beginning from a fully extended position lower the bar down as if performing a lying triceps extension. Inhale as you perform this movement. When you reach the half way point, let the bar roll back about one inch by moving the upper arms towards your legs until they are perpendicular to the torso. Tip: Keep the bend at the elbows constant as you bring the upper arms forward. As you exhale, press the bar back up by using the triceps to perform a close grip bench press. Now go back to the starting position and start over. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions. Friend me up on facebook: www.facebook.com
