 | Muddy Waters - Manish Boy (Slightly Adjusted) In 1955, more then 50 years ago, A blues legend started to rise in the US. His name was McKinley Morganfield, but we know him as Muddy Waters. After the initial success of "Hoochie Coochie man", Morganfield kept producing new records. In 1955 he created one of the most remarkable Blues songs in history, which formed a base for further blues and Rock music. The record was called "Manish Boy". 28 years after Manish Boy was released, in 1982, George Thorogood and the Destroyers decided to make their own version of the record, based on the original released in 1955. It was called "Bad to the Bone". Although `Bad to the Bone` received more fame and respect than the original record, it should never be forgotten whom made the original. Thorogood decided to speed up the original, which was highly necessary due the relative slow original. I decided to speed up this record as well, making it faster and more swinging for modern purposes. I'd hope everyone enjoys this old, but high quality record.
