	Hands on_ PHP and database connection to create dynamic pages  PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages, runs on different platforms. It is very simple to learn and execute but offers many advanced features. It's not only capable of working with web services but also work with different protocols' LDAP, IMAP, SNMP, NNTP, POP3 name a few. Currently there are over half a million domains running PHP and it is freely available for download online from www.php.net. Much of PHP's syntax is borrowed from C, Java and Perl. Some PHP applications require PEAR packages. It is open source language which allows developing procedural or OPPs based programming.
