Our camera crew visited LNPP, a top security site, in 1996. Unit 1 is considered to be the oldest one in the country. LNPP is the primary source of electricity Russia's North-western region, supplying some 50% of the energy to St Petersburg Leningrad region. 	Tschernobyl die Katastrophe der Super - Gau , April 1986 Teil 1/ 3  Die Katastrophe ereignete sich bei der Durchführung eines Versuchs unter Leitung des stellvertretenden Chefingenieurs Anatoli Stepanowitsch Djatlow, der den Nachweis einer ausreichenden Stromversorgung nach einer Reaktorabschaltung bei gleichzeitig unterstelltem Totalausfall der Versorgung durch das äußere Stromnetz hätte erbringen sollen (Simulation eines totalen Stromausfalls). Als Hauptursachen für die Katastrophe gelten schwerwiegende Verstöße gegen geltende Sicherheitsvorschriften während des Versuches durch die Operatoren sowie die bauartbedingten Eigenschaften des mit Graphit moderierten Kernreaktors vom Typ RBMK-1000 und dessen Betrieb in einem unzulässig niedrigen Leistungsbereich.[1] Kennzeichnend für diesen Reaktortyp unter dieser Voraussetzung ist ein stark positiver Void-Koeffizient -- die Verringerung der Neutronenabsorption des Kühlwassers infolge von Dampfblasenbildung (Dichteänderung) bei Leistungssteigerung. Ein hoher Void-Koeffizient wurde gleichzeitig durch den fortgeschrittenen Abbrand des Kernbrennstoffes begünstigt. Weiterhin war die betriebliche Reaktivitätsreserve (minimal erforderliche Reaktivitätsbindung durch hinreichend in den Reaktor eingefahrene Steuerstäbe) nicht in das automatische Reaktorsicherheitssystem eingebunden, sondern lediglich ein Minimalwert in den Betriebsvorschriften vorgegeben........ 2011年03月15日再生回数 1785
