	Local rumbo sur a Tecate  La linea ferrea denominada "UB" (Distrito Tijuana ex-SBC) de 71+480 kilometros de longitud pertenece al gobierno federal, esta asignada al Gobierno del Estado de Baja California (ADMICARGA) quien tiene designado a Carrizo Gorge Railway, Inc. (CZRY) como operador. Esta empresa esta arrendando una locomotora a la empresa San Diego & Imperial Valley Railroad, Inc. (en aquel entonces SDIY operaba en Mexico, ahora solo en USA), la SDIY 3861, una GP38 ex-CONRAIL que curiosamente transitaba por esta linea en los noventa cuando FNM contrato como operador a SDIY desde 1984 hasta el 2001 (por naturaleza misma de la via que no tiene una conexion "directa" al sistema ferroviario nacional). En el 2001 al privatizarse FNM, la linea pasa a ser asignada al Gobierno de BC y SDIY dejo de ser operador de esta linea ya que Admicarga eligio a CZRY. SDIY continua operando desde San Diego, CA a San Ysidro, CA y el ramal a El Cajon, CA sobre el SD&AE. Notese como el tren deja carrotanques cargados con GAS LP para distribuicion a ciudadanos Tijuanenses en la espuela de Z GAS ubicada en la 5y10... Posteriormente el tren procede a dejar granos a Estacion Garcia y madera a Matanuco.
