	VRA! Split Screen Dream Theater Cover Collaboration - Metropolis Pt. 1 - Korg Oasys - Kurzweil PC3x  Finally! After almost 4 months of waiting, here´s Metropolis Pt. 1 from the Images & Words album. This time we had another special guest on vocals, the very talented Will Shaw, all the way from Norwood/EUA. Thanks a lot for lending your pipes to us! Keyboards were done mostly on the Oasys (intro, samples and main leads from Dave/calmar´s awesome soundset), and the rest on the PC3x (strings, organ and some bells ) . Each guy in the band records their parts (audio tracks and video) at home or at a local studio and sends them to me. I then put the audio together and mix it. This has been a great exercise for me (mixing). I learn the concept behind the sound of my favorite albums and try a whole bunch of cool techniques attempting to replicate it closely. I AB my mix with the original song but don't get too crazy about it. It's difficult to get the sound exactly right due to a number of variables. When I get it close enough I stop comparing the two and just get it to sound good (hopefully) from there. 	VRA! Demo Song #1 (keyboard only) - Kurzweil PC3x  Keyboard mix for your listening pleasure :) Everything you hear come from the PC3x. I´m loving this keyboard more and more as the days go by. I need to buy an extra midi cable ASAP to control the PC3x with the Oasys. You can clearly see how I´m stressing my forearm and wrist due to the keyboard height. It´s not confortable at all.
