	DALLAS - Season 10 (1986-87) Cliffhanger (JR Threatens Jeremy Wendell/Pamela Crashes Into A Tanker)  These are the final minutes of the DALLAS Season 10 (1986-87) Cliffhanger "Fall Of The House Of Ewing", the episode in which longtime cast member Susan Howard and original cast member Victoria Principal depart the series. After JR's involvement with mercenary BD Calhoun has cost the family Ewing Oil, Jeremy Wendell, the head of Westar Oil (and JR's arch-nemesis, next to Cliff Barnes) gloats not only that he is now the owner of the Ewing Oil building, but that he sent the Justice Department after the Ewings. JR threatens revenge on Wendell, as well as his life when he attempts to remove the oil painting of JR's father Jock Ewing. JR removes the photo himself and shows to his young son John Ross that Jock Ewing is Ewing Oil, and they leave. Meanwhile, after being nearly scared off the road by some drunken hooligans, Pamela happy calls Bobby from his car after he doctor's appointment to relay that she can now carry a baby to full term (something she has never been able to do). Bobby tells her to hurry home so they can "work" on it. Pamela hangs up and screams as she crashes into an oil tanker, engulfing both vehicles in flames. 	Combat! episode -- closing scene (1965)  This is one of the most poignant episodes ever written for the TV series, Combat! Episode is titled, 'Cry in the Ruins.' It starts out with King Company squaring off with a German patrol in a village only to be interrupted by a French woman's cry for help. She has lost her baby in the ruins and pleads for the soldiers' assistance in her search. The American and German soldiers call a truce and put the war aside to help her search for hours in a collective effort only to find that she is delusional and actually lost her child in the war a couple years earlier. In this scene, with their hopes just shattered, they realize that there is nothing more that they can do but pick up their weapons and rejoin the war to fight another day. They met as enemies, but for one moment in time they came together in a humanitarian effort to help save a life. Very haunting episode and one of the best in the series. Also happened to be directed by Vic Morrow. Series aired from 1962-'67 and is well worth your time watching, buy the DVDs. 2007年06月26日再生回数 112332
