In this presentation I wanted to convey the difference between indirect costs and direct costs and how to identify which is which. Sorting into direct and indirect costs is moderately subjective so there are arguments to be made about whether something may be direct or indirect. Judgement should be made for the most part about whether a cost is indirect or direct. I list examples of the two types, and also distinguish how indirect is not always variable or fixed, or vice versa.
